Aerospace engineers, cousin Anthony, long time friend Marco and Industrial Automation technician Domenico applied advanced physical principles and ingenious mechanical innovation to make Hotbox – keeping the food hot (85°C) and crunchy (steam-free) for up to 40 min of transport, recycling the excess heat from the scooter engine.
