Roger E. Egan served as Chief Executive Officer of Integro Insurance Brokers (also known as Integro, Ltd.). until September 2008. Mr. Egan served as President of Marsh Inc. from September 2003 to November 2004 and had responsibility for Marsh’s worldwide operations. He joined Marsh in 1972, and during his 32-year career Integro held a number ofsenior management positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Marsh North America and Vice Chairman of Marsh Inc. He served as Director of Integro Insurance Brokers. Mr. Egan is a member of the Board of Overseers of the School of Risk Management at St. John’s University and a was director of the American Institute for Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters. Mr. Egan was a member of Marsh Inc.'s board of directors and the partner's group of MMC. Mr. Egan has been honored as a David Rockefeller Fellow by the New York City Partnership and was the founder of MAC Drug-Free and TeenPride, Inc., both aimed at preventing substance abuse among youths. Mr. Egan holds an A.B. from Boston College, an M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of Business and is a graduate of the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School and Executive Program at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business
