Stefano was born on June 1st, 1979 in Marostica (Vicenza) in North East Italy. After high school in Bassano del Grappa, he left Italy to pursue his studies at Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, where he completed a BA in International Trade and Marketing. He began his work experience outside the family company, collaborating with brandslike ZooYork, part of the Ecko Unlimited group. Stefano returned to Italy in 2005 with a new challenge: he began his professional experience at Diesel, working in different areas of the company (from production to marketing), to become eventually Strategic Brand Alliances Director, planning and managing the brand’s collaborations in diverse fields. His latest projects were a limited edition sneakers series with adidas Originals, and the partnership with Ducati.In July 2011, Stefano Rosso has left Diesel for a new position challenge: he is currently Director of Corporate Development for OTB (Only the Brave) Group, the holding which incorporates Diesel, Maison Martin Margiela, Viktor & Rolf, and Staff International (an Italian company manufacturing and distributing licensed prêt-à-porter brands DSquared2, Just Cavalli, Vivienne Westwood and Marc Jacobs Menswear, as well as the group’s own brands Maison Martin Margiela and Viktor&Rolf). Stefano Rosso loves and plays soccer, and he is president of the Bassano soccer team. He loves snowboarding and motorcycling, and he is into contemporary and street art and the whole digital world.
