Mr. Rosendahl has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, having held several senior management positions within securities trading, equity research and investment banking with several banks and brokers including Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro / Alfred Berg, Carnegie and Kaupthing. He also has a long renowned career as a telecom equipment analyst, in particular for his highly ranked research work on Nokia. As Head of the Helsinki Stock Exchange, Mr. Rosendahl is also a board member of the Securities Market Association in Finland, which is responsible for Corporate Governance and Takeover issues in Finland.
